I ate so much food that i passed out really early last night, and then i woke up at 7am o.O Is that all i have to do to get a good sleeping pattern?

I woke up at 3pm that day, and was asleep by 11. That's a little scary.

I feel pretty fantastic today. Lovely weather out as well, so once my hair is dry from my shower I'll probably go for a long walk. All by myself. Yay.
