I came from the obgyn recently myself, Got put bac on BC to manage the cysts.

Drink more water and eat pineapples, they help. Also Green Tea, and peeing after sex…. I get a few myself typically after I get dehydrated for a few days. My doctor keeps telling me to drink less sugary stuff and it goes over her head that I don't drink much soda at all.

Spar, does that actually help any?

They make it acidic which isn't a good bacteria or yeast environment.

once you *have* a uti, generally antibiotics are the cure. but there's plenty of ways to prevent one.

Actually a lot of doctors will recommend an intense purge to try to flush out the bacteria before prescribing now for simple UTIs. Yay for over prescription of antibiotics making for super bacterias!

i'm pretty good, SparX. confused, too - i got a call from the Drs office, and it turns out whatever test they did for the UTI came back negative... so i DON'T have an infection. well it certainly felt like i had one!! wtf, body?!?

rawww i woke up, and now i want to go back to bed XD
