Then again, Hayate lied to Makoto, and she's probably gonna end up going north.

Makoto doesn't have any other lead...and she'd rather not fight the Punishers right now either.

She could always go stalk Chloe, or investigate the area again. XD

Possible, through I am sure Chloe would realize she's being stalked after awhile.
