Probably good. If we're judging by appearances, a more stereotypically evil character would be cloaked in pure black or blood red, and it normally wouldn't be accompanied by such a bright, happy shade of lavender. Maybe a darker purple, but not lavender. They'd also have a more intimidating facial expression. So I'm going to say good, based on those factors.
