I have one for you can try if you have cast ioron skillet. But what you do is take your steak get some seasons and herbs rub it all into the steak then beat it some and soke it in some marinara for a little while then pull it out stab the crap out of add some bits of garlic in to the little stabby places then put your oven on high placed the skillet on then sear each side then turn it low and placed a lid on it to cook that way checking on it flipping it over. It comes out super tender and moist. I am the manry-est of men! |
