38 bruh I don't know anyone either and I won last month. Not only am I a newb but I was on hiatus for an age! I do think it depends on the avatar, I mean MonBon complimented my entry when we've barely talked <3 I suppose the results might sometimes not make sense because there may not be many people voting or smth but it's the first time I've participated (yeah that's how much of a newb I am) so idk I can't judge I guess. But I don't think people vote based on if they like you.

I tend to see the same people win because those are the people that know how to make good use of the layering tools and such, and also colours and things. You could call it a skill, like a lot of other things. |
