@Lio: Yesterday I spent my entire shift (except for the first 30 min) trying to hear people on a headset taking their orders. I love the people who will say "no thank you" to my asking if they want salsa or cheese with their chips when they're ordering a freaking combo. -.- That and the people who'll start yelling at me and sound rude and mean to me because I ask them nicely to speak louder because I cannot hear them well.
Though I do have the nice people like this one couple complement me on how well I did taking their orders when they came to the window :)

Yeah- I get to deal with drunks and druggies who I may have to "escort" from the premesis :P. Not to mention the occational crack head and gang banger, who you cant tell if they are going for a wallet- of a pistol. Granted I have yet had to actually "escort" anyone out, so hopefully that doesn't change.
