I've actually never tried doing the tektek contests. Guess I never had much confidence in my avatar making. o xo; Despite..That one summer where I made good money making cosplay avatars for people.. xD;

Yeah, I wouldn't advise it completely. Not many Gaians are as nice as most of the people you'd find here on Trisphee or on some other avi sites. =B

Yeah, I feel you on that. I did the exact same thing. Didn't place, had lots of positive comments but then some assface (excuse my French >x<, Gaia people make me fuse) started off the hate comment trend. =\

At least gaia has some cheap items, too, as well as the expensive stuff.
Plus, you can save up bits of gaia cash from watching ads and stuff. They could use a few more moderators, though. |
