Yes, which is why I have asked a friend to ask a few questions. XD They might not seem like much but they are interesting questions none the less. :3

Personally, Tavish and Alabaster seemed too obvious subjects to me. Of course, the rising corporate rising star would be the villain. Of course the Butler would do it.
I'd have to reread the Lady Scrimshaw's position towards Lord Long-name...

Now I have another question after seeing the response Den got. D: I wonder if anyone else knows that Gunther had been looking into that incident with Bonsey where he was the only one to come back alive and all. Because if Gunther was indeed doing so, the person to ask if they know about that is the one person he has been avoiding, Molatto. If I can get DK to ask those sets of questions for me one of them would be able to show that Bonsey would have had a chance for the second murder and the first one. As for why he'd want to kill Tavish's wife, maybe she would have ben able to tell us something about the kitchen or the cellar that would have convicted Bonsey and was thus forced to kill her to keep it secret.

ml thought of a conversational trap!

*Claps*

I should ask everyone a very important question... BOXERS OR BRIEFS?

And for the ladies...

PANTIES OR PANTYHOSE.

I'm sure we discover the killer this way as well.

I could ask... I still have a few questions for this round...

Actually, could someone ask Bosney about the accuracy of his diagnosis of Lord Gunther's death? Laudanum overdose, to my knowledge, doesn't act so suddenly and dramatically. (It could be just that way for the story, or I am misinformed, but I'd like to know)

One of the first things I did after reading the second chapter was to look up the effects of a laudanum overdose. The story stated that they were about halfway through their meal which, at a fancy-schmancy dinner party would be what... fifteen to thirty minutes after they'd taken the first bite? Which would have been plenty of time for the drug to settle in Lord Longname's system. And according to the all-knowing, all-encompassing wikipedia, a large laudanum overdose can cause "severe respiratory depression or collapse and death."
It's still possible that there could be another means of murder unknown to everyone else, but I feel like it would require too much interrogation to find out.

ml1201 11-04-2015 09:35 PM

Dk asked the questions, so now to wait fro answers. owo Though if anyone wants to as where the other guests were the hour before dinner and who they had seen that would be helpful.

This may just be my sleep deprived brain seeing patterns where there are none, but it seems fishy to me that all of the people who were present at the start of the evening were all prescribed laudanum...

Lawtan 11-05-2015 08:08 AM

Except Gunther, yes.

ml1201 11-05-2015 09:11 AM

And Den asked an important question! Yay! XD

Salone 11-05-2015 06:16 PM

Hey guys, sorry for the delay. Work had me pull a double and then open the next day. Will be off in the next two hours and will update all questions then!

Den 11-05-2015 07:10 PM

Remember, I still have a question for this round I can ask... Depending on how things go, that'll affect who I ask next and what question I ask.

You actually have...*checks* 4 left. Everyone gets 3 questions per round, no matter when they came in, so you have 4 of 6 left! I think time for the next chapter is drawing near...

Let's see, we know Tavish stands to gain the most from the deaths. However Bonsey has been acting strange, making a scene about he medicine used for the murder when basically the whole town uses the stuff. Not to mention Gunther had been looking into his past. He did have the chance to kill both victims, and in regards to Mrs. Tavish he could have thought she knew something about him. I know Salone said we could solve it now but I'm not that smart. ^^;

Believe me, it would take a stroke of some accidental genius to get all of it, some spiffy detective work to get it the major bits right, and downright cheating most likely to be able to say all of the who and why.
