I believe the names are interchangeable. They are both clear noodles made with some kind of bean and are also called bean thread noodles.

I don't think I have ever made or had meringue (by itself) before. Unless it's the stuff on a lemon meringue pie....then I have. But it's been awhile since I had a slice of lemon meringue pie.

i am not much a fan of pie in general XD i like crusts but not the guts, barring of course pecan XD

My friend made some pumpkin custards and they were better than any pumpkin pie I've had. I like crusts too, but the spices in those custards were amazing. ;)

I've got the worst craving for mac 'n cheese pizza right now...

Mac and cheese pizza is really simple to make. Pre-made pizza crust, or homemade, add macaroni and cheese on top, then bake according to pizza crust directions. easy-peasy.

You don't really need one. Just use a regular biscuit dough, roll it out and butter it, then sprinkle on brown sugar and cinnamon to taste. And if you're like me, add raisins.

These ones were as big around as spaghetti, and almost totally clear. Very lovely.

I like it on top of lemon pie.
