Raxion ignored his brothers last comment and took the blade he was working on to the grinder. That is where he started sharpening the blade. It took about 2 hours to get it to his liking.

Once again Ronoro followed his brother and watched him work. Seeing him craft weapons was very interesting to him.

After he sharpened the blade he took a small engraving chisel and hammer and started marking runes into the blade. After he was done with that he forged the hilt and attached it to the blade. "There now this is done." He said as he held the blade, "But first got to test the runes." He said as he walked out to the back yard. Raxion cocked his arm back and through the blade at a tree it sliced right through the treee and then magically flew back at him. He reached up and caught the blade, "Well that worked out nicely but i have a new idea for it now." he said as he walked back into the house and set the blade on the work bench, "But ill work on that later." he said as he went and lay on his bed to rest some.

Although tempted to play with the blade, Ronoro instead went to bed with his brother. As they were sitting in the darkness Ronoro blatantly asked, "What are your dreams?"

Raxion looked over at him, "Dreams?" he asked, "What do you mean by that?" He added as he stared at the ceiling.

"What do you want to accomplish in life? Or do? Anything special?" He asked with curiosity.

"To be honest all i have ever wanted was to go to that academy maybe go on some journeys." He said, "But im stuck here... it seems forever." He added.

"Maybe you can journey there when you get older?" Ronoro said trying to help his brother achieve his dream.

"I doubt it, you either gotta have alot of money, or be noticed by one of the foundation members." He said as he turned his back to his brother and went to sleep.

"Sorry to hear that...." Ronoro said, a bit saddened for his brother. "Good night" he said absent mindedly as he rolled over and went to bed.

Raxion woke up earlier than usual and started to work on something special. He was done with it and had just put it in a box just before his brother could wake up.

"Yaawwwn..." Ronoro awoke with a start to find his brothers whereabouts. Once he found him, he immediately started talking. "Oooooooh! Watcha got in there?" Ronoro asked curiously.

"Well its actually something i made for you." Raxion said as he held out the box. In it was the sword he had just created and a light metal gauntlet.

Ronoro looked astonished, surprised and excited all at once. "You... making something... for me?" he asked surprised at his brothers unexpected kindness.

"Yea its so you can protect yourself." Raxion said, "Just dont go out killing anyone either." He added, "Killing is a terrible thing to do unless its the only option." Raxion said as he gave the box to his brother. "the gauntlet and the sword are connected through magic it will allow you to basically call your weapon back to you if its lost or stuck." He said.

"Wow, thanks a lot!" Ronoro said gratefully taking his new found treasures. "But there has to be more to why you made them then that? Is there?" He asked before leaving.
