was a dvd of the muppets show.
it is weird seeing actors when they were so young compared to now. like seeing Sylvester Stallone, Julie Andrews, Alice Cooper, Kris Kristofferson, Raquel Welch and Brooke Shields. |
Naruto: Shippuden Movie 2 Bonds
|
I have seen Rise of the Guardians like twice soon to see it again. <3 I am the manry-est of men! |
I just finished watching Rio. :D
|
Dark City is the last one I watched. :D
No wait, nevermind, it was The Hunger Games... I forgot that I watched that today. |
Friday the 13th: Part 2. <3
|
The last movie I watched was a movie called Grave Encounters.
It was really creepy, with a bunch of twists. Really good movie :) |
In the theater? The Two Towers (Yeah, I don't get out to theaters often.)
On DVD, Contact. |
I watched The Hobbit! :)
It was great! |
I second that motion. XD I went to go see the hobbit with my friend and her mom. It was dizzying to watch at first but very amazing and epic. I loved it.
|
The Campaign.
Super hilarious :D |
hmm the last movie i saw The Chronicles of Riddick
|
Piranha DD. Shameless, truly shameless slasher fic.
|
Last Movie i saw was.
Scott Pilgrim vs The World |
The last movie i saw was wreck it ralph c:
|
Skyfall. It was awesome.
|
How the Grinch stole Christmas, the live action one :} it was wonderfully screwy
|
Hmm I think it was Bowfinger, and I watched it last night.
|
Les Miserables, which was wonderful. It's gotten mixed reviews but I thought it was wonderful. My only nitpicks with it are nitpicks I have with the stage version too, namely that the Thenardiers are in it too much and don't quite fit ^_^*
I thought the acting was amazing, though, and you could really tell that the songs weren't lip-synched, and it made everything more real and more relatable IMO. Though I applauded inappropriately when Enjolras died because it mimicked his stage death and I wasn't expecting it and got a little excited XD |
The Hobbit :D
And I thought it was awesome. It was good story telling in my opinion. It made me like all the characters (and sometimes want to knock the living hell out of them too XD) |
Hobbit is just a knockoff of "The Lord of the Rings." Gooooossshhh. Lol just kidding. I'm not that dumb.
|
Good thing you aren't serious or I would be shoving the book in your face going PREQUELS! THEY EXIST! BILBO HAD TO GET THE ONE RING TO RULE THEM ALL SOMEHOW! -flails around-
XD I stil don't know which dwarf I like the most (or dwarves XD) |
In theater: The Hobbit!!
On TV: I don't even know what the name was. View From The Top, I think |
I just saw Loopers. It was pretty good I guess, and kind of different from Time Travel movies I've seen... in a way. But what was up with the Telekynesis thing...? Like, sure it was established in the begining, but you just kind of forget it for like 99% of the movie until the end, where... it actualy wasn't that important...? Well, it was, but I'm pretty sure they could have changed it to anything and that would have made the same thing, hell, not even anything special would have been fine. Actualy, I would even have liked that better. But it's still good.
|
"Astérix et Obélix contre César" which is one of my favourite movies ^^ it is so well done and follows the comic quite well.
Dépardieux is a good actor :3 I recently saw Wreck-it Ralph, I thought it was too childish for me, but well made none the less. I need to see the Hobbit o.o;; soon, soon I shall, after exams. |
Watched 2001: A Space Odyssey for the first time last night. Not totally sure how I feel about it. I loved the iconic scenes with HAL, the ones you see everywhere, but the rest of the movie was really slow-moving. There was a lot of pretty space imagery and metaphors while the plot went absolutely nowhere. By the ending, I had no idea what I had just watched.
|
I saw the hobbit, a few days ago with one of my best friends for her birthday. we enjoyed the movie immensely as well as the music that accompanied the journey
|
Just re-watched Tintin, since my parents were Netflixing it. Wow, a movie Peter Jackson was involved in that I actually liked... >.>
seriously though that movie has one of the best chase sequences I've ever seen. Spielberg really took the freedom he had with CGI and ran with it. |
The last movie I saw was The Hobbit for the third time^-^
Richard Armitage and Martin Freeman = <3 |
I saw the very end of "Puss In Boots" when someone else in the house had it on, but before that the last movie I saw was probably "The Muppets Take Manhattan".
|
On TV, I just saw Ticked-off Trannies With Knives
|
Tucker & Dale vs. Evil.
It's really funny! Not something y'see every day. |
You Only Live Twice
Two words...volcano lair. Two more words... ninja army. Seriously. |
I recently saw the Hobbit and I REALLY want to get up and go see it again! I haven't felt that way about a movie in so freaken long. The graphics, the story, the characters...
I may as well be a big-ol-nerd like Steven Colbert. |
Colbert is a Tolkien nerd... if you haven't read the book PLEASE DO IT IS SO MUCH BETTER *resists urge to turn into frothing Peter Jackson hater, barely*
Ahem. I watched Billy Elliot last night and was mostly disappointed because I kept hearing how good it was, but I didn't like most of the characters and thought it moved way too slow. Jamie Bell was a damn good dancer though. |
I liked Billy Elliot but it was a slow movie. I didn't know what to expect so I guess I had no real thoughts about it to start with. That's' the one with the boy who wants to be the ballet dancer yeah? Takes place along with the coal mine workers trying to get rights for themselves?
Watched another Bond last night. A View to a Kill this time. Meh for a movie, but the bad guys were fun. :) |
Last movie I watched was Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella. One of my favorite movies ever.
|
The Lion King 1 & 2. Hahaha. My boyfriend had never seen them... He's 19 years old. He had to watch them. I still cried when Mufasa died.
|
The Hobbit 2 :| We shall not talk about this movie in polite company.(I'm looking at you Suze)
|
I am nothing but the politest company!
Last I saw was Lone Survivor which was actually pretty damned good, but they just had to shock the flat-line... |
