= w =
Jobs hate everyone it seems.
I need one too.

Trakadon 08-22-2012 04:51 PM

I've been out of work for a year now. Can't even get a job as a bagger at Save mart it seems.

BakedGewds 08-22-2012 04:58 PM

I've never had a job. Still unemployed at 19. I've applied everywhere.. The bad part is I graduated highschool and am in college and people without their GEDs still get hired over me..
It's like they want dumb people.

My moms boyfriends brothers wife(lol) has had 15 jobs in the past 2 months. 15. In 2 months. She quits every single one after a few days and STILL gets hired at others. She dropped out of highschool and never went back.

The world isn't fair. :c

BakedGewds 08-22-2012 06:35 PM

Sorry for poofing. Took some percocet for my back and got all loopy. x_x
Hiya Asa~
And Trak, she doesn't use anything.
Tbh, I wouldn't be surprised if she was giving complimentary bj's at the interviews, she's just that type of person.

Well I am not lost at this part of the convo.

I am the manry-est of men!

BakedGewds 08-22-2012 06:39 PM

Was just mentioning how someone I know has had 15 jobs in 2 months when I can't even get one.

Alpha 08-22-2012 06:41 PM

Yeowch....that is just ridiculous.

BakedGewds 08-22-2012 06:45 PM

It is. Trust me I know. xD I get so angry at her too hen she posts on FB with something like, "Well I didn't like the atmosphere of Subway so I quit!" ..
I just want to punch her and tell her how lucky she is and how she needs to not be so god damn picky before her luck runs out.

Alpha 08-22-2012 06:47 PM

That is incredibly true.

Myself I've had a few jobs (one of which is the National Guard....though more of a calling than a job).

NikkoGallarado 08-22-2012 06:49 PM

I feel like she needs a good punch in the face.

I am the manry-est of men!

BakedGewds 08-22-2012 07:31 PM

Oh duties. >w<
My ex was dead set on joining the Marines. I was never okay with it myself. :/
I mean I appreciate what they do for us but I'm too weak to be worrying about if my partner would be returning or not.
u _ u;

NikkoGallarado 08-22-2012 07:33 PM

Yeah I can understand that feeling.

I am the manry-est of men!

Alpha 08-22-2012 07:50 PM

Understand, honestly being in the service or having a loved one in the service isn't for everyone. I'm fully of the opinion that being a military spouse/significant other is one of the toughest jobs if not the toughest job there is in the service.

Tiva 08-22-2012 07:57 PM

I may end up quitting my job because of the hours... only 30 minutes between work and class and it is a 10 minute drive to school... Also they are giving me crap about being sick when it states that i can't go in while sick.
