I workout twice a day: One in the Am, and one in the PM, and take six walks, each spanning from a half hour, to an hour. Or I jog, or bike, or do something that keeps me moving. |
Thats alot of working out though. You'll kill yourself if you go to strenuous and thats no bueno.

Yuppers I did. Mine started to go on the fritz (being a 4 year old (d)ell). And it was tax free weekend for us this weekend, so I got a new one. Quad-driver, 64-bit Toshiba. I'm excited to get to play on it.
