I'M CRACKY. AND OLD. ITS NOT MY FAULT!
Zane was supposed to get me a walker for my birthday... AND DIDN'T.
So I blame him!

And trying to figure out what to do for a workout.
I'm stuck between "Do I want to do strength? Or do I want to do Cardio?"

Because I did Abs/Core last night. -dies-

I normally have a chart to tell me what to do for the week.
It alternates between strength, cardio, and abs.

But Mom and I have been tres lazy, and we haven't made a chart for almost two weeks. So I'm kind of winging it.

[Its not that we've been lazy, I'm still "recovering". ><]
