I don't like getting my eyes dilated. I don't like the yellow stuff that goes in the eye and it feels like the light is so bright that it hurts. I hope it's nothing serious though. :( I like seeing cats when they have the big eyes! So cute! |
I can't help but think of a guy climbing upside down on a ceiling, defying gravity.
mdom: It's supposed to be your basement that floods, not ceiling. |
My house has no basement D:
|
I mean...
|
:O
Maybe mdom lives in Soviet Russia! Or it's opposite day? |
our house has a cellar, but it's liable to flooding, so it's pretty much not a good idea to go down there in the slightest.
we don't get hurricanes over here anyways. not as far as i know. |
the house where i lived before my current house had a basement, it was damp and mildewy smelly. we did have a substantial amount of water in there by the time Hurricane Floyd got to us - it was a LOT of rain at that point, google says this was back in 1999.
but my current house doesn't have a basement. or an attic XD |
If it was up to the plumbing dude, my basement will remain dry xDDD
|
ngl, more houses should have basements. they can come in handy sometimes.
|
Especially in tornado prone areas. Unless those areas are also flood prone.
|
yeah. it just seems like a marginally decent idea, y'know?
|
I think most places don't have them here because of the water levels.
|
I live in the desert!!
Some houses have basements and some don't. . . mine doesn't but it does have a 5 foot high crawl space? |
I always lived in a house with a basement.
Now that I live in California, I like in an apartment... Also, apparently people here don't have mudrooms?! |
I think it depends on the person
|
In Brazil that's not common at all
