It was horrible... and I guess my body is just so exhausted, it doesn't feel like cooperating with me.

But I missed an entire weeks worth of working out.
Yes, I lost weight because I hadn't been eating, but thats not what I was aiming for. xD;

You see, I'm a workout-a-holic.
On a massive scale. I don't work out? And I flip out.
So, I've been trying to do LITTLE things, and I guess my little bit of weight lifting retaliated against me.

So, I don't know what to do. =[
