Against >.> We should at least get some distance before shit happens again.

Salone 07-23-2011 08:32 PM

In the interest of some day returning to Corinth, I'm going to have to say against.

Suzerain of Sheol 07-23-2011 08:59 PM

I'm thinking we should just head out now, assuming all the characters are ready. If we go to the Seven Churches, you can probably get some info on the Witnesses of Woe, Salone. And I imagine most of everyone else's goals would find something of interest there, too.

And, as I said, the land-route will be more exciting. :p

Salone 07-23-2011 09:18 PM

Quick question: Is there a rule against eating them? And do they retain any powers what so ever, or are they pretty much just effed?

Suzerain of Sheol 07-23-2011 09:26 PM

They don't retain anything, no, besides decelerated aging. But, on the other hand, they've been surviving on their own for like 30 years now, so they're probably well-armed and good in a fight.

And, no, nothing's preventing you from eating anyone unless I don't think Lev could physcially manage to do so (like... if he wanted to eat one of the Horsemen without somehow mission-killing them first). I doubt he'd get any sort of level-up from it, unless their powers are in some kind of sealed genetic code or something...

Salone 07-23-2011 09:31 PM

No no, he just wants to eat them after he's finished with them. Part of his character. And yeah, Horseman isn't on his menu yet. He's still aiming to take out small fries before he goes for the big curly cajun ones. Which sounds really good right now.

Is it confirmed for which one is blind and which one is deaf? Would hate to eventually find them, and then eat the wrong one as a threat to the other. Trying to extort information out of a deaf kid is hard, and even if they wrote it down, Lev can't read. Not saying that's what's going to happen, just...you know. Would like to know.

I don't think Dante'll sleep easy in the...jeep...thing...knowing that Lev's close by. Which reminds me...Seven people crammed into a van?

Lev will ride on top. He has reasons.

Espy 07-23-2011 09:35 PM

...for falling off? >.> If Jeanne hits a particularly large rock, the thing's gonna be jolted XD

Dante, for being not short, doesn't take up much space...He'll probably curled up against the cargo...

Which reminds me. How tall is Lev?

Suzerain of Sheol 07-23-2011 09:38 PM

Should have asked for an APC. >_>

And, I can't remember if I mentioned which twin is blind and which is deaf. If it isn't in their description, then I never decided. So... a surprise!

And, Espy, why would Dante need to go in the van if he has his motorcycle?

Espy 07-23-2011 09:41 PM

An APC would be too suspicious >.>

He can't exactly sleep on the bike...(Well, I suppose he could, but if he decides to take a nap while Jeanne/Funk's driving...)

I say Jeanne/Funk because they seem to be the only ones okay with having to drive everyone.

Salone 07-23-2011 09:43 PM

Espy: He's 6"5', but will strap himself to the van. He'll most likely be prone the whole time anyway.

Suz: I agree on the APC. And I am now coming up with 'creative' ways for Lev to discover which is blind and the other deaf.

Serra Britt 07-23-2011 10:03 PM

Well, if anyone has any thoughts about something we could use instead of a van I'm fine with it and can go edit my post. And I guess you all are thinking of a different kind of van than I am, because I don't think it would be too small for 7 people and a motorcycle at all ^^;

Suzerain of Sheol 07-23-2011 10:19 PM

How would an APC be suspicious? We're crossing a wasteland! :p

Anything that accosts us isn't likely to care one way or another what sort of vehicle we're in. >_>

Assuming we're taking the direct route, we'll be passing right along the shore of the Infernal Sea. Hopefully we're prepared for that. Do note how vague the entry for demons is. I can get creative. :p

Serra Britt 07-23-2011 10:53 PM

Any other thoughts before I edit that and have Fee pick an APC instead? :p

Sage 07-23-2011 10:57 PM

Sorry for not being around lately, I've been busy. xP

...Again.

I, too, vote for getting away from Corinth and having the city be spared; though that leads to the problem of Jeanne being too moral, bleh.

And yeah, she'd be fine with driving.
