Normal poker you get dealt the five cards you will play with. Texas Hold Em, you get dealt two cards and play off of the five cards the dealer lays out (3, then 1, then final card).

Yeah, that is challenging to learn. I know that it is similar to Chinese, and I tried learning Mandarin. Being the simpler of the two forms of Chinese it is still a pain.....didn't get a chance to finish though.

owo I am doing pretty good with japanese so far ^-^ I can read hiragana pretty good now ^_^ next to learn is Katakana then I work on the kanji >x<

Nice. My attempts at Chinese were through a school course, though was successful to varying degrees until I moved. Could have tried to self-teach but didn't want to butcher it.
