It's Mordor in my house right now, I'd say. There is no such thing as moderation when it comes to the air system in my house.

That will not work out for me. :/ Too cold out. I did say there was no moderation for the temperature.

It's pretty much Antarctica here. Only in the summer does it ever get way too hot; makes Mordor look cold.

I hate turning on the AC because my landlord gripes at me
one time it broke and he refused to fix it.

If its in the lease agreement he HAS to fix it or he can be open to legal issues.
