the front flip part of the phone came off so I had to tape it together, I need to call my mom for an upgrade, I've had this phone for like 3 years

my mom is the type that even though we're due for an upgrade, she won't upgrade our phones cause they'll cost a little more and always has something like the internet access and stuff that she says that I don't need but she uses internet on her blackberry.
