What you need is a distraction, its one of the key things to tackle depression. Do something active, and even mediating is suppose to help.
Like if you ommm, then you cannot think at the same time and so depressing thoughts will be blocked. You could paint your nails or somthing if you enjoy doing that? |

Every Wednesday I go to a trainer to workoit and learn new techniques
we do lunges weights push ups sit ups ectect Its 2:30 Atm |

You should have a small bowl of porrigde made with water c: That should help see you through and give you plenty of slow realsing energy if you havent had breakfast |

just time to drink a little water Breakfast is actually and for me to eat Because of my body type brefast makes me fatter trust me certain people just cant eat breakfast |
I tend to skip breakfast, so i honestly didn't know o: never knew stuff like that could happen
And i think the boys are ripping up somthing they shouldn't D:! |

I don't eat lunch or anything, or avoid as much as possible...actually i really need to stop eating again, i feel like im bulking out >: other people say i look healthy, but i feel blegh. |
