I can deal with most types of people when I'm at work. I've had some pretty bitchy people while I would be taking their order on the headset. Keep my cool though. ^^"

Oh this is one of the reasons why I am paranoid of working in certain fields. article the fifth victim (Zachary Emenegger) is a good friend of my brother's, they went to Culinary school together (the Culinary Institute of America) By the way, he was the only one who was shot at who survived (I met him in 2002)

Yeah, I remember meeting him and found out what had happened from what he said and such and they also had something about it on a couple of shows back a few years ago. The guy really is a good kid.

I agree, some people shouldn't be around like that.

@Ari: I'm too scared of getting robbed or shot at. That and the smell of gas would get to me. I can deal with the food we have at work, but gas... ack

Lucky you. I wish I couldn't. I mean I could tell them I can't anymore but meh.

I don't drive and I have to rely on other people. Closing shifts go till 2-3am, and I can't work that late. Which is fine. I would like to be relaxing and getting ready to go to bed by 2

I would love that. Unfortunately I have my own car so I can't use that excuse. The best i can do is say I have prior commitments.

Yeah, on days off I get that I am still technically available, if I get called in, I usually can go in. Unless my dad has already left to drop my mom off at work and has already gone to his home, or I have plans already with my boyfriend. It depends all on the time they call me.

The latest I can work is no later than 11p during the week, 12a on Friday nights (would like to not... My manager has been told I can't work till midnight at all). Then Saturdays I have off.

I have to say, I'm tired of always working weekends. I'm tired of working strange shifts. I want a bloody set schedule.
