Really? But the more you cook it the less iron there will be... D:

Serena Yuy 03-13-2012 06:01 PM

I just don't care much for red meat to begin with. And I've never been a fan of really red meat.

Fauxreal 03-13-2012 06:05 PM

I love me some red meat. <3

Arikana 03-13-2012 06:09 PM

Same! Red meat, ftw! :'D
And I totally typo'd and put "read meat" at first. #fail >w>;;

Serena Yuy 03-13-2012 06:12 PM

When I do eat meat, I eat chicken.
I have to be in the mood for red meat. My mom made baked macaroni with ground meat on Sunday and I did eat it. But, I haven't eaten leftovers. I was happy I had chicken for dinner yesterday :)

It's been proven that eating beef and pork makes you feel physically heavier than eating chicken and fish does.

Asami 03-13-2012 06:20 PM

Thats true reyo xD i cant stand red meat most of the time
I get sick

Serena Yuy 03-13-2012 06:20 PM

I think I've read that somewhere.

edit: I have to be in the mood for red meat. I know when I was younger, I didn't eat meat except fish for a couple years.

Arikana 03-13-2012 06:20 PM

Where's the proof of that, Reyo? owo

Fauxreal 03-13-2012 06:21 PM

I imagine it also make you actually fatter. lolz.

Asami 03-13-2012 06:21 PM

There was a study for it... its a true fact though ari

Reyoki 03-13-2012 06:23 PM

It's something I read in a medical article somewhere. Beef and pork are more dense than chicken and fish, so it takes your body longer to metabolize them. Therefore, they stay in your system longer.

Serena Yuy 03-13-2012 06:30 PM

Reyoki is right ^^"
I'm glad that when I do eat meat- It's usually chicken or fish ^^

Reyoki 03-13-2012 06:34 PM

I don't eat fish. I had a bad experience involving kippered something-or-other when I was two. I usually eat chicken. It does get a bit boring after a while, though. I can dress it up a slew of different ways, but it's still chicken.

Fauxreal 03-13-2012 06:35 PM

Red meat is actually - kinda bad for you eaten in large amounts - - but I suppose that can be said about anything.

Serena Yuy 03-13-2012 06:39 PM

Yeah. I don't eat a lot of meat usually. I only eat a few fishes, I like very little seafood. I can't eat shrimp. I don't know why.

Chicken is like pasta- only so much you can do with it before you get sick of it. ^^"
