i think you need to start looking up options to get your ears checked. you could be having an actual problem that needs taken care of so you don't go deaf(also cleaning your ears out properly might help)

um, i definately would consider checking and cleaning our ears first. you can entertain more complicated possibilities after you exhaust the easy common ones, you know? quite often ears get gunky and it can cause that sound
