Still better than Twilight

Kalei 07-04-2011 06:14 PM

Eragon and Ella Enchanted. I love both those books, I don't know why they had to change everything around. I'm espesialy ticked at Ella Encanted, the ending was perfect the way it was in the book. With Eragon I just ended up sleeping through half the movie.

Different directors have different views of the stories or they never read those books and thought "this would be a good movie if we did this"

nyreen 07-04-2011 08:31 PM

I think that Octoshark is a horrible movie.
And Megashark VS Giant Octopus.
I mean... the name kinda shows it.

Echo-chan713 07-04-2011 08:51 PM

I think it would remind me of Godzilla vs Mothra

nyreen 07-04-2011 11:05 PM

Probably.
You could always watch one of those stupid typical horror movies.
Like Halloween.

Echo-chan713 07-04-2011 11:20 PM

or friday the 13th

Quiet Man Cometh 07-05-2011 09:57 PM

You mean Octoshark isn't about a mutant shark-octopus? I find that a bit disappointing. I love b-grade horror though and especially anything shark based. Megaladon is the worst I've seen though. Hard to beat Tail Sting though. I read about it in another "bad movie" thread in another forum and it appeared on TV within the week. Naturally I had to watch it. ;)

And you can blame just the directors if something doesn't come out write. There are screen writers and producers to blame too, along with anyone who had a hand in editting or tweaking in the movie making progress.

There are a lot of bad movies.
More than there are good movies.
Most recently I'd say... Evil Bong.
That movie wasn't even worthy of being called a movie.
> A >

It wasn't my choice to watch it.
My dad picked it because he thought it would be funny.
But, yeah, it was just stupid... So hard to watch.

Quiet Man Cometh 07-07-2011 01:39 AM

I would call Halloween a "classic horror movie" :D. I don't think that really counts as typical but I imagine a lot after it does. Not sure who came first, Jason Voorhees or Michael Meyers but anything that features a white mask and a sharp implement of some kind goes back to them. Both of them have a manner of cult following, along with Freddy. I think those really only fall into the category of bad movies if you don't know what to expect. Their entertaining otherwise. :)

I almost died when I realized Evil Bong had a sequel.
King Bong.

Or something like that.

Pink Flamingo. End of story.

Echo-chan713 07-09-2011 03:08 PM

Is that the one with the Dog crap?

Night Fury 07-09-2011 07:18 PM

doesn't watch movies often, but I bet the one I have to say is already one someone said... the last airbender
my sister got it and I thought I'd see why so many people said it was bad... couldn't sit through it... wondered off somewhere...
sisters called me sokka for a bit while I made a few jokes for the sake of the movie excluding them

Echo-chan713 07-09-2011 08:01 PM

It had no point for me to watch The Last Airbender when i rarely watched the series

Madam Kira 07-09-2011 11:50 PM

I didn't even bother watching The Last Airbender when I realized who the director was. I love the series, watched it since it first aired, but with M. Night Shamalan (or however you spell it)directing, I knew it was going to be awful.
