Well, it's hard to visit Russia or Belarus *you have to be in excursion tour or someone to go to living there), but Baltic and Europe countries are... just go and drive/travel. Of course, as long as you have the money.

Not since I've been older 3 years... I've not been out of the country or even much further than neighboring city since then, in fact. Like I said, money is a problem and there are also other factors.
But when I live on my own and am all big and stuff, lol, I will travel quite a bit, or so I hope. ^^

My parents for vacations pick someplace they haven't been to and I pick a few activity's to do there. I have been on a few vacations by myself. It gets expensive though.

No, not yet, but I will soon have to get one. I am gonna be 18 in less than half a year, so, yea, soon enough.
