This one was called "Baby Cakes". I'm excited for the upcoming episode, too. I have my hopes on a better look at the overall geography, or an Applejack song. Either would make me happier than a pig in mud, let me tell you.

Personally, I wouldn't call it a favorite, but it's definitely high up there. The side characters in this were simply wonderful, really. I enjoyed them the most. I am not, however, looking forward to the next episode. I hope I won't be as disappointed as I fear.

Because it's yet another Apple episode. I love those ponies, but honestly, you'd think they could split all this Apple love up more throughout the season.

Yeah. I wish we could have more episodes of Fluttershy, Twilight Sparkle, Princess Luna and/or Princess Celestia. :/ Or even an episode for Derpy, since she's a canon pony now...

I agree completely. I know last season was very Twilight heavy, and for good reason, but even then it was divided up well. It seems this time when it's not about the Apple family specifically, it's about the CMC and, you guessed it, Applebloom. As of late, Pinkie has really dropped from my favor. I hope her upcoming episode will redeem her, but... Seriously. She's, like, I don't know. An idiotic, heartless, pathetic excuse of a friend in my eyes at this point. |
Maybe we get more of the other ponies and less Applejack in the upcoming episodes.

Next month is looking pretty good. Rainbow, Big Mac(I know, I know, still an Apple pony, but I have a weakness for that big lug), and Pinkie.
