As for snow, we did not get a lot last year. I am hoping for a tad more since snow is pretty (when there is not a ton of it) but it's in the 50's here. Should be colder.

It's pretty much around zero degrees here. And I still don't have my snow. T_T I hope I get some soon or else I'm going to NOT get my white Christmas... Again. =w=

I am ok Xun, since you ask I am bouncing around doing different things. I have this new sewing machine now for 3 weeks. I can either open it or take it back. I got it to sew some clothes for my new 40cm ball jointed doll. But I cannot decide if I would actually use it repeatedly or if I would use it once and never again. It's really bothering me because I would like to keep it but not capriciously. So that is on my mind.

And how are you both, what are you doing tonight? We are watching a game, well my husband is and then we watch Dexter (well he mainly watches it) and then he watches Homeland and I just plain refuse to watch that.

Hm... That's a really difficult decision, cause even as an artist, I can't really say whether or not I want to keep a picture or just throw it away to make room for more. So hard. I want to say-- keep it. You never know if you'll want to use it in the near future.

I'm doing alright. Within a few hours, my folks and I will be hosting a birthday party for my grandmother. She'll be... I believe 77? Yeah, so I may be leaving soon to help work with preparations and stuff.

I'm tending to think I will keep it too. I've even gotten a knife out to open the packaging. And I have a dress I want to sew that is very easy to do.

@Arikana: I know my avi looks so plain in comparison to what you were hoping for, but how do I look? Brown, wine, and silver were definitely colors I rarely associate myself with, so I struggled with this challenge, but it was interesting, nonetheless.

Perhaps a new challenge would be in order? Try natural green, white, and powder blue. (Powder blue is the lightest blue.) :3

Last time i had an avi i fell in love with i didn't change it for upwards of six months i believe (on this account, Lost_Fantasy13's avi hasn't been change in a while either...)

Also xun, that avi is interesting. But the colors look off. O.o; maybe its me.
Arika was mean and gave you N. Green which we don't have a ton of. Its one of the newer colors. And the blue is the light blue in like... the incogninja item we have.

I wish you could have the tattoo layered beneath the shorts and second shirt. But because its a shirt i understand that might have given you an issue. I also wish there was something to break up the blue in the leg warmers and the blue from the cape. Something white maybe but i'm not sure what would go nicely there

Yeah, I was cringing at the fact I couldn't find any natural green in the shops. ...or maybe I wasn't searching hard enough? I gave up after looking through the clothing stores. lol I couldn't recall how natural green looked, so the avi suffered from that.

omg, I wish that was possible because the 2nd shirt was just driving me insane with layering when I tried to throw the tattoo on. Ah, incogninja? I'll need to look at that item's blue and see if I can re-create that in the avi. ;; Hm... yeah, I wish there was an item that could separate the leg warmers and the cape. I could've sworn I had one. Let me check.

EDIT: I looked at the incogninja item and I went "lol NOPE." If we were talking about "lightest blue" then I would have to have a blue that is literally close to white and it would be blinding cause it'd be hard to see the color. My gosh, that's so hard to get. lol

EDIT 2: So I changed up the design of my avi by getting 2 jellyfish and then just worked from there. Sad to say, the shorts just stick out like a sore thumb, but the layering for the tattoo to show worked out somewhat well.

Hmm.. N.Green is the green in the koi fish lookin monthly (from nov i believe) lol.
And there are /some/ n. Green in shops. All the newest stuff should have it.

What? I like seeing the newer colours used more, so I figured I'd choose one of them plus two common ones for a challenge. >.> I did the exact same thing with the previous challenge I gave Xun. (Wine, natural brown, and silver.)

Perhaps try using white socks, the powder blue 'Ies pants, and jellyfish shorts instead of the ones you're using right now? :o
