I was on the original closed beta forum last September? But then I never applied for closed beta avatar testing so I got kicked out of the forum or I should say I just could never find it again. Then I re signed up during the closed beta in February I think

Its based on how much you post. As you keep posting your titles will change until I guess you request a custom title

there is no post requirement for getting a title you just request it they used to give people titles during closed beta then I guess they decided to start doing it on request
