I'm a clutz and I hurt my left wrist yesterday when i fell on it.... >.< I had it wrapped all night and have been icing it on and off.

grade 1 will get better in a few days... grade 2 like 2 weeks. D< I have a bit of mobility in it. i can move it to about a 75 degree angle to a 110 degree angle.... this sucks!!!

i can move it more but then it really hurts.... i haven't even tried holding my stick.... can you bring your medical tape? i think i'm almost out.... and i'm gonna need more than usual today.... D<
