joint shops are incredibly easy to run, i was in a GFX shop(just avs and sigs bout 8 of us all up) on a site and it always ran smoothly.

that was my first and only shop >< unfortunately the people on that site were completel retards, they loved my crappy work but when i gave absolute gems they hated them T_T
