When he stops using people who have the balls to stand up to him as inside jokes, and as soon as he stops using live saving surgeries as a thing of torment. Then he toning it down. When he learns to be an actual human being and stops being dumber than a mule he will be toning it down, but not anytime soon is that to happen.
