That's cause anything eaten in large amounts is bad for you. The key to eating is moderation. In everything. :3 #TrueFact

Serena Yuy 03-13-2012 06:51 PM

Yeah, my boyfriend's mom and I were talking about how moderation is good ^^

Fauxreal 03-13-2012 07:23 PM

Yah - lol! It's too bad I love buffets.

Serena Yuy 03-13-2012 07:26 PM

Omg! I wanna go to the Chinese buffet now

Arikana 03-13-2012 08:00 PM

I hate buffets. They cost so much and in order to eat your money's worth, you have to eat a TON. =w=

And I especially hate Chinese buffets since their food isn't as good as my mom's/homemade cooking or normal Chinese restaurants. >w>

I've never been to an ethnic buffet, but American food buffets are disgusting. The only thing they ever use to flavor the food is salt. -_-;;

I guess Tucanos counts as a buffet though? They had a really delicious salad/rice & beans/pasta bar, but since I'm a vegetarian I didn't eat any of the meat. It was really good but I wouldn't pay to eat there; I only went because I was being paid for.

Asami 03-13-2012 08:50 PM

O3o will i taste good?

Serena Yuy 03-13-2012 09:11 PM

I don¨t go to Chinese buffets all the time. I do rarely. Now going to something like Mamasan's (it's a Vietnamese restaurant I love). I wanna go to badly.

Ew. Salt. D:
I don't like consuming too much salt, cause then it gets disgusting as it overpowers the taste of the food too much. D:

Oooh, Lucid is a vegetarian? Really? When did you decide to become one? And have you ever thought about taking it one step further and becoming a vegan? :0

Oooooh, can I have an Asami sushi as well? :0 <3

Lucid: 03-13-2012 09:36 PM

I've been a vegetarian for 5 years. I thought about going vegan when I was younger, but I decided I like cheese, chocolate, and ice cream too much. o3o

I only put salt on things like chips and fries, where the point is to be extremely salty. otherwise I hate it.

Serena Yuy 03-13-2012 09:41 PM

I don't like having too much salt in my food.. I like to be in control over my salt content. Which is why when I eat instant noodles, I like the ones that come with the seasoning packet so I can control how much I put in. ^^

I don't eat a lot of meat, so me going vegetarian wouldn't be too hard again. ^^

Arikana 03-13-2012 09:56 PM

Ahahaha, nice. XD And yeah, cheese, chocolate and ice cream are really yummy~~ <3

I don't like too much salt on chips or fries either. I love eating food with it's pure natural flavour only. >w<

Plus, the maximum suggested salt content is approximately around 2300mg. Which is hard enough to do in this current generation. ;w;

Serena Yuy 03-13-2012 10:00 PM

Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if I over go that some days.
If I can help it, I won't have any salt ^^
