Just need to weave in yarn tails. And might stitch up part of the mermaid blanket (the pattern says to stitch about 10 inches at the bottom but above the fins) so it would have a foot pocket and look more like this:

Personally I wouldn't sew it into a pocket, but that's mainly because I don't like feeling restricted by my warm and comfy things. Your mileage may vary, so I guess it depends on what you like best in a blanket (or what the recipient likes, in case it's a gift).

I have no real need to keep this blanket. And unless a friend jumps at it, it'll probably go into my "to be sold on Etsy at some point in the future when I have time to manage it and am able to get a friend to help with photography" bin.

...same with the shawl tbh.
I actually would love to get some stock built up and then get a shop going...somewhere. Doesn't even HAVE to be Etsy. Just could be nice to potentially get a little extra income on occasion.
