The eyes for my Octopus plushie (Frumpkinpus) arrived today, so I was able to get his eyelids on, and I just have to do the tentacles and stuff him.

It is Knit Picks Chroma in the color Party Hat. I'm pretty sure that it's a discontinued color, but it may or may not still be in their clearance yarns page, I haven't checked in a while.

I try hard to not even look at the site. Although, tbh the chroma and chroma twist yarns are about the only ones I have bought a lot of. Most of their really pretty yarns are just too thin for the projects I want them for.

But I reorganized my chainmail supplies slightly better than they were, threw out a lot of junk, and hopefully will get my craft supplies/tools better organized. Might donate (most of) my embroidery stuff to goodwill. Tbh, it's pretty, but I just don't enjoy it enough to really be hoarding supplies. Although I may keep my embroidery floss just for now because I do have a few wood cross stitch ornaments that I want to personalize for presents for next year.

I mostly do jewelry or ornament covers, but I do know the basic weaves for armor type items. I just haven't learned shaping of garments yet.
And I can do knitted scalemail with my loom knitting, but haven't just yet learned normal scalemail.

TBH i have started learning RPG maker so i can try my hand at a fun pokemon game. it's...a good first step IMO. work with something else that's there to learn it.

I have some experience with the free version of gamemaker (which is no longer available) and some with Unity. I've also got experience with Blender, even if all I can do is small props right now.

UE4 is better if you like more vibrant stuff and better shading. Unity is decent enough for small games and such.

I don't get why people hate Unity -- aye, sure, it's got a load of small games made by beginners on it, but that's? Not really a problem? Like, if it's *that* easy to get into, then you'd think that people would like it.

I've heard they're working on visual scripting, though, like what you've got in UE4.
