I think my parents scheduled an appointment
I don't want to go ;-; I don't think its serious just hurts like hell ;-; What happened when it happened to you lauv? |
@asami: My mom is a nurse, so all she did was put ice on it, massaged it back to place and put a tiny splint under it. It swelled for two days, so I had to drink some medicine.
You should go have it looked at. Foot injuries never fully heal right so its best to have a professional take care of it.
You have to go! And hopefully get a dang x-ray.
Emergency rooms are not that bad.
@Red: Yeah. :] you're right
as long as you don't get confined, you'll be fine. Just let the doctor do his thing. ^^ |
Lauv *nods* I've had to make several late night trips to the ER in the past few years and it really was not that long a wait.
Well we have ice on it u.u
@asami: Does it feel better??
I don't need to go to hospitals as long as my mom can handle every ailment I experience. |
It does feel better
*nods* If it swells the next day, go to the ER.
My mom works in the blood bank -not the same thing, but she knows her fair share of medical...ness.
Bah.
This reminds me of the time my dad blew his knee. Absolutely refused to go to the hospital. I was just a kid at the time, so I trusted that he would know best, right? A little rest and stability was all he needed. Wrong. As soon as my mom got home, she yelled at me for not calling 911. |
Thankfully I've never been in a situation like that.
She should have been yelling at your dad, not you.
... My family has a few messed up priorities. Believe me when I say that even without having to deal with bills, I know for a fact that we could have avoided getting behind on the mortgage if not for that man.
