nope, not quite that bad. But we're on a remote island and about as far away as you can go and still have internet.

I actually explained it in my quest thread, but I'm helping with the renovation of a really old building that is one of 3 left of its kind. Some kind of all ass barn thing.

there's a cafe/bar on the camp site, a famous pub 5 minutes away and a nice shop maybe 10 minutes away. all my food needs are certainly covered.

It's a mobile home, pretty nice one from the looks of it. How does it stack up against your apartment? I hope your roommates are nice.

one of them happens to be my father, so it aint that bad. he's the main person doing the job and was given money to higher two helpers :P
