Salone, that's horrible news. I'm not even going to try to say anything. I'll join you in hoping, though.

And I hope you don't feel like you're obligated to keep up with this; I think we would all understand if you weren't up to it. But, maybe it helps get your mind off it?

Salone 08-03-2011 12:51 AM

I'm alright Suz. I did all my tear leaking on the side of the road. I've been distracting myself by cataloging my firearms' serial numbers (There's a lot to go through) and writing out the rules for a Transformers tabletop game. But now I'm at the hospital with wireless, so I'll be around here for a while.

Salone 08-03-2011 01:12 AM

Gee Suz, seems like you reeeaally want to talk to that demon. Let's make it happen, so we don't just have to roleplay a reeaally long car trip with a disappointed old man and an uncomfortable possessed one.

Suzerain of Sheol 08-03-2011 01:13 AM

I was actually considering giving us a distraction of some kind soon. Thoughts? Or we could arrive at the site of the Saint's battle.

Also, I just go where the character's motivations take me. *shifty eyes*

Salone 08-03-2011 01:14 AM

...Is there a body still left there? Cause if we did arrive, I don't think a certain someone could resist.

Suzerain of Sheol 08-03-2011 01:17 AM

I would imagine. And just for game balance purposes, his Savior Armor is ruined beyond repair. Not to mention, it's probably a serious crime to get caught with a suit of that by a Saint.

But, yeah, that seems like a good direction to take this in.

Salone 08-03-2011 01:19 AM

Oh, that's no problem. I just need the flesh, not the armor.

...Okay, that sounded a bit creepy, even for me.

Suzerain of Sheol 08-03-2011 01:21 AM

You just reminded me of something incredibly creepy from a book I read, but I can't post it on here.

Salone 08-03-2011 01:23 AM

Would it be suitable in a PM? You have my curiosity.

Suzerain of Sheol 08-03-2011 01:25 AM

Mm... probably not. Only because I work for the site. I don't want to get in trouble.

But, the book is Neuropath by Scott Bakker. Easily the most disturbing thing I've ever read.

Salone 08-03-2011 01:28 AM

Hrm. Will have to look in to it then. Hate leaving things unexplained to me. That's why I could never watch Unsolved Mysteries. Never solved a single one. Annoyed me to no end. So, someone roll a d20. Did we find a corpse?

Serra Britt 08-03-2011 01:31 AM

Something for Feenai to test psychokineticly throwing rocks at? Or grenades? :p

Suzerain of Sheol 08-03-2011 01:36 AM

I'm sorry about that, Salone, I know the feeling. I suppose we could do it over email if it's really itching at you. Just PM me your email if so.

And I'm about to turn in for the night. You guys can have us find the corpse if you want, add in any suitably creepy embellishments as you see fit, as long as they're not over the top. Assume Shealtiel just stays in the APC out of boredom. :p

Salone 08-03-2011 01:43 AM

Heh heh. Just imagining a possessed Lev struggling towards the corpse like a very hungry and deranged inchworm.

Espy 08-03-2011 03:09 AM

-reads through page-

....

-is completely lost- I think I should actually read the RP. But then again, I'm a bit glad that I didn't post before I went to class....You guys would've had to wait.

Funkduder 08-03-2011 07:04 PM

-waits patiently for a certain cupcake-
