Mine back is hurting too, but that's mostly because of breathing problems and being in bed for so long, plus, in rather uncomfortable position.

I didn;t sleep to well lastnight due to my back xD

Yea, but I can be only in kinda certain angle or else I can't breathe, when I am in the bad condition. And I can only lay on my back, no sleeping on my side. 38
