The second owner was Alex.. He didn't do much and before Blaze bought the site, me and a few others had been talking about starting a pool up and buying Zan ourselves.. I tend to have to agree with you on some of your points.. Keeping Zan stuck in the darker ages makes people lose interest.. and Blaze won't delete older accounts and release items from those back into the economy so of course, people are not going to want to remain if items are too hard to acquire.. I just recently managed to get Fakes and a mod top back.. and still waiting to see if I can swap tops with someone but I might just pull my offer out.. :/ Been waiting like... three months? I want to start clearing my invo out and keeping the items I use..

At least he isn't doing what magivolve did.

Essentially after some users worked super hard to get some hard to earn items.....Keiske released them as regular donation items again....redureing them pretty much worthless. People where PISSED.

The worst and best I have ever been on was Gaia. It was good for a while, then it just got sad.

I hang out in other peoples' houses, versus having my own. :D I'm kind of a hobo like that.

I want to change my avatar again. I stuck with this one for four days...

Yeah, that Alex guy was useless. I couldn't stand him for more than a couple weeks after he took over leadership. :/ So I left, and never really came back. I did pop on once in a while, but now it's only to play around with mining and shit if I'm bored. XD

If by 'darker ages' you mean back when Tom ran things, then I'd rather things stay as they were back then. But if you mean something else, then I have no clue what. Sorry. D:
But it's a good thing Blaze won't do it. It should never be done on ANY avatar site or you'll kill like at least ninety percent of the user base. >.> Besides, other than on Zantarni, as far as I've seen, they're often just the really new users complaining about not being able to get crap. Then after a bit, if they're still around, they don't mind as much. =w=

Coming this coming July I'll have been on gaia for 10 years... :] I always enjoyed it and I made a lot of friends there in my earlier years.

Oh, wow, 10 years... I was only on there for 2 years, and it changed a -lot- xD
All I can remember about it was something with the Rally and how they added some Virtual Hollywood thing xD

Gaia's not AS enjoyable for me now, and I think I grew out of it.

I really loved the profiles, though. That was probably my favorite part. Then I discovered tumblr and lost all need for Gaia xD
