Well, the character I have created is part of a spec ops team similar to the Anbu but yes that's fine

Now, should they already have known each other prior to the academy? And how old are we making them?

gWell, the story would be more interesting in my experience if they start as enemies and somehow find a common goal, now as for age and what not, Leena which is my character is going to be a run away anbu, due to the fact she was ordered to attack her best friend and set her free instead.

So she is basically like Itachi? O:

I like the idea, and they fight at first but my evil character aattacks them both and overpowers them causing them to forcefully team up

Is this some time after Naruto's time? If so would the Akatsuki still be a thing?

This would be after the war with tobi, I would say in its own time. Maybe, My character is a jinjuriki and is being hunted falsely for that?

That sounds like a good idea. Perhaps the village is far too wary of your girl since they saw what kind of destruction a tailed beast could create?
