There are new items in the Body Shop! :s-yell:

They are called "Second Skin" and for 5k aurum, you can wear a second skin that comes in EVERY color of the Trisphean rainbow, including "Fleshy" which is the default skin palette. Not only can you now be any skin color you want, but this also allows for fun layering!

I'm so excited about this because I've been waiting for this for a long time. Basically ever since it came out, I've been using Silvary's Doll Skin to get the look I want... but I had to hide the joints! I am going to have so much fun with this.

Currently, I'm wearing a Coral Second Skin, which is giving me a very nice deathly grey-blue tint.

You should also take a look in the Salon. ;) <3

But I have heard users asking things like "Are there any blue skins? ... I don't have that EI. I can't afford that DI. ... Oh well."
Now that there are common items everyone can use, it will be a lot easier to obtain them. And they come in every color, so there's less "No, this isn't quite the color I want..."

I really wish I had seen this thread earlier xD. I normally always like giving my avatar a "default" white as snow skin so this item is ideal for me :3.

You go into the layers system and play with it. You can do some awesome stuff.

I was meaning: are they semi-transparent? Otherwise, how could you layer multiple skins?

I am not sure what you mean by layering multiple skins.

You can't layer multiple skins, but it does change your basic skin color.

There's a torso item that you CAN layer.

Isn't the skin just another layer? I have an idea to use them but I need more monies to purchase the rest of the items. :)

Knox of the Night -- I'm actually not sure if this one's transparent. It looks nice, though.

Partial -- these are more like tattoos, but less known and less line-y than, say Cyber Reaper or Spirit of the Tribe:

To be honest, transparent /clothing/ items often work just as well.
