That's easy: It's a big expanse of empty space. That's part of what's going into "we've got plans but we're not 100% sure what they are yet" -- making it look a little less empty.

The refresh shortcut right? Yeah doesn't work on a Mac.

The new header is very boring, it needs some mascots or some cool text on top of it.

It's just empty, makes me think of Trisphee being dead all of the time. It sends me negative vibes about the site.

it does work if you enable the FN key ^__^ *i have a mac too!

How to I enable it?
Though strange thing happened, when I clicked the link you gave me, Glitch, to the Chocolate contest thread, it opened it in a new tab and prompted me to log in again with the new header present. But once I closed the tab and continued in my original one, still no new header.

I don' find it boring at all, but quite beautiful. I want to see it and I want to keep it!

The shortcut on Mac is Cmd+R instead of Ctrl+F5.

trisphee.com and www.trisphee.com are different sites when it comes to logging in; some of our users use this to support alternate accounts. Your browser probably treats them differently with regards to the cache, too.

It's also possible that your ISP or something in your network (especially school networks or library computer labs) is caching aggressively, at which point there's not much you can do but wait.

Ah I have my F keys turned on so I never learned all the new commands XD

I'm not even sure F5 works in Safari, and I know it doesn't work in Chrome, so I'm guessing you're using Firefox. (And in Firefox, Ctrl+R/Cmd+R works on all platforms, just like F5 does.)

I'm on chrome, but I have firefox too - i switch for no apparent reason. ouo i never use safari

I've got it set so if I want the keys to do their default mac stuff I hold down the fn key when I push them ouo but you're right it doesn't work on chrome XD it works on firefox though. I never push that button though.


Maybe you need to clear your cache?

I'm on Chrome and now I have the new header after refreshing on the index since I'd left a tab on Trisphee overnight.
