Oversight! (Development stream)
 

Rather literal oversight... Trying something weird today.

I have turned on my streaming software while working on Trisphee code! There'll mostly be a lot of me typing and refreshing pages filled with text, but...you might occasionally see things from the future.


Just testing this to see if there's interest. Will probably make an actual official Trisphee channel if people like it, rather than using one with my name on it. :P

Maybe! But if it's just Trisphee, then I can distribute a stream code to you, Galla, whomever I please, and we can all stream on the same channel (not simultaneously, obviously)

I had dinner and shopping stuff to do. Took a rather long time. But I've turned it back on again! :O

Would it be more interesting to people if I streamed at specific times during the week, with a semi-planned list of things to go through (both just showing things I'm working on, and fiddling with things with viewer feedback), instead of just...streaming while I'm coding stuff?

Since, let's be honest, it's not actually that interesting to watch me type things into a box and then look at text output most of the time.

Based on what is interesting (for a lurker), it's reading the chat-log and seeing that there's a white screen of words being typed in xD

A specific time for something for pre planned stuff sounds like the dev-diary :o

Heh, true. It is pretty dev diaryish.

I try to do the Dev Diary each Saturday, but if I don't have anything interesting to say or show, I skip it.

Then streaming code might be more fun to watch because it's different and not prepared.

True. And if it's not prepared, I'm probably more inclined to do weird silliness...like unleashing the kraken.

Today's work will be some fiddling about with the Item Viewer, and then a lot of me shuffling items for drag & drop shenanigans in the Editor.

is there sound? I'm still trying to get logged in since its making me make an account.

Nope. I figure people can make their own soundtracks, and if I had my microphone on, I'd mostly just be mumbling stuff as I consider logic. :P

that's still fun to listen to. xD thoguh... maybe not if it was my brain. xD
