On Yearlies, Favorite Items, And Those Color Combos You Never Got
 

Hello, users!

It's been an awfully... eventful last couple of years. How far we've come since last fall has been astounding! I hope all of you have been as excited to see the changes around here as I have. But as this year starts coming to a close, and we only have one more monthly release left to go, it's time that I ask you all some hard questions. Hard, item related questions! Because I don't do anything other than items. Obviously.

In this thread, I would like everyone to discuss our plans for next year's Yearly Items.

The Yearly release will not only be seeing a new batch of original items, but the return of our recolored item sets. I would like to hear from everyone a few things that'll help us to make the best yearlies that we can. Please make some time in the next few weeks to let us know your thoughts on the following.


- What items from the past 2 years have you loved?
- What items from the past 2 years have you found the most useful?
- What poses from these items are your favorites?
- If you could pick any colors for any of your favorite items or poses to appear in, what would they be?


No answers are too vague or too long! There's no limit to how many poses or color combos you can suggest! Whether you leave an essay or just drop some quick thoughts, please let us know!

If there are any obviously needed colors or poses, or anything is approved early, I'm gonna make a note of it here.

Favorite donation items 2015/2016:
Cursed Heart, Feathered Serpent, Power Suit, Painted Tiger, Pop Pop Sugarama, Horned King Dugar, Borganoid, Sail La Vie

Of those, Pop Pop Sugarama & Horned King Dugar are the most useful. Feathered Serpent is probably the one I wish I had more of. (Very good for dinosaur-themed avatars)

Color-wise, I'd like more of the Gold/Brown/Red/Black setup like in Hounds of Erebus, Call of Glory, or Spirit of the Tribe. That or stuff like the heads for Powersuit - very space-like.

i like the backgrounds frim sail la vie and dugar, the birds from harbinger, and if it is from the last two years parthenos dios(i have like ten of the darn thing)

for colors more stuff to match parthenos and more stuff to match event items(ike sirocco, katrine, dacurum and jaheal)

Psst. December DI 2015 items should come in illusion blue. :P For obvious reasons.

But I totally would love to see the sweater item get a ton of recolors, it was a really nice item. :3

i would not say no to coral and special colors

I love coral colors <3 and dust.

Ok so that I stop making a bunch of posts I am going through my items right now and figuring out what I want for serious:

Major Sparkles: Wings in Solid colors or only 2 gradients.
Little Hooded Hunter: Cowl in Black and White
Painted Tiger: Paws sans stripes
Pop Pop Sugarama: Arms and Legs in reverse colors, black tights with white shoes/gloves, green and brown, sunset and gold
Horned King Dugar Wings in black and red
Harvey Herald Pretty much any pose minus the chest plate in any color combo ever
Sail La Vie Sailor shirt in white and pink
Waning Wings The jacket in navy, brown, and black
Velvet Skull Shirt in purple with black skull
Madam Corset in Roseypink

Yearlies should be around the corner so I'm just making some last minute suggestions.

Galaxy Princess Would love to see the scarf in more colors
Harvey Herald The sash/hat/bag in some military green colors.
La Muerte The vest and pants in illusion blue/dark slate blue/ocean blue whatever my color is. xD

Pssst Illusion Galaxy Princess counts for 2017 get your years right! ;p

I have no complaints about the Galaxy Princess, look I even spent actual money to get a pair!
