Comes running in after having stood in the rain a bit, grabbing a towel to draw herself off before heeding to the shower in her room. "That was refreshing, but cold! SparX, DK, you guys here?"

A shout errupts from one of the bedrooms of the house followed by a slight growl.

"DK is in her room! Kicking robo BUT! KYAAAAAAA!"

A set of ears and a tail angrily twitch as tiny hands pounce all over a Playstation 4 Controller.

Getting cleaned and warmed up, she heads towards DK's room and pokes her head in, "I still can't figure out how you manage to do anything playing like that. You know, I know a few dragons that could make you bigger if you want..." Watches as DK does kick butt int he game.

"Bigger is not needed!" Says the tiny DK, "All the DK needs is food.. Feed the DK?" Small blue eyes look from her game to the ML in her doorway.

"Ha ha ha, Alright, I'll make you something up. Just give me a bit." Goes out into the kitchen and gets out a soup mix pack of miso soup, heating up the pot. Getting out a pan she also sautes some chicken with some olive seasoning, then makes a sour cream sauce to go with it. When both are done she makes up a bowl of miso for both of them, and a small plate for each with the chicken. "Now I'm not taking this into the room. Pause your game and get out here and eat. Not sure if you'll like the chicken, I LOVE mine with sour cream. So if you don't finish it I'll eat it."

Hearing dishes clank wakes me up. Groggily I get out of bed and toss clothes and and try to peek outside the room.
"Breakfast? is it time for work already? I don't want to go..." I stumble out to the kitchen to look at the food. She spots the pan with some chicken tidbits and groggily starts picking the chicken off the pan.

"I got a sour cream sauce for you to put on top of it too if you want. There's also raw green beans in the fridge if you want some of that. Or if you just want some bread I still have some rye bread that you can eat."

I groggily look up at Mommy ml who I did not see there before. "Oh good morning hello! I just need something to get me functioning so I don't fall asleep."
She pulls milk out of the fridge and pours herself a glass. Turning around and spotting a cake roll, she snags it and curls up in a chair at the table.
"You should cook the green beans up later like you did the chicken. It's pretty tasty!" She starts nibbling on the cake.

"Well, I guess I could cook some up like that for you guys. I prefer them raw myself. Raw spinach is really good on sandwiches, adds a whole new flavor to them. Anyways, it was raining not to long ago, so make sure you grab an umbrella." She eats her chicken and soup, humming happily while eating the chicken.

"PSH rain. You know where I came from, ha. I only need to protect my little spark from the rain." I reach over and pet the little flame floating over my shoulder.
"Speaking of, I am almost out of charcoal to feed him. If I give you money will you pick some up for me Ml?" I try to give Ml a puppy dog eye face, but am to tired and end up making a face of constipation instead.

"Ahhhh...sure? Just don't make that face anymore, it looks like you need to poop or something..." Finishing up her food she gets up and heads over to the sink to clean her dishes. "Is there a preference for the charcoal, or just any old one?"

At some point during the conversation between ML and Sparx, DK had snuck out of her room and started eating the chicken with out the sour cream.

"If Mommy ML is going to the store, the DK requests a ride! She has 20 dollars for beef jerkies!" states the small pocket demon as she uses a straw to slurp at her miso. "... and maybe a small spoon or tooth pick so DK can get those tofu squares and other things that make the miso soup." A small angry look appears on her face as she tries to suck up a Tofu Square with her straw.

"Sure, just one thing DK, why didn't you try using the corn on the cob holders? I thought there was a set of four in the draws somewhere..." She rummages through some of the draws, finally finding the set after the fourth draw.

"Psh, like DK can reach your drawers. That and I don't think stabbing, or attempting to, tofu in liquid works well. DK requires a net! Or maybe a fishing rod her size."

Bouncing back to her chicken for a bite.

"OH! OH! Crackers also seem to appear out of NOWHERE! Today my tummy was all squirmy, then I looked to my table next to me and there was crackers!"

(OFC, mom put a pack of crackers next to me and I didn't see her do so and then I went to grab some out of my already open pack to see CRACKERS!)

"Ahh...maybe you have powers you don't know about? I've read a comic where weird stuff like that happened to a kid known as 'The Gamer' so maybe something like that? So yeah, spoon it is then. I think a baby spoon is probably going to be the best bet to get things like that."

"DK HAS POWA!!!!!!!" The small demon shouts as she runs around her Miso cup.

She laughs nervously as she puts the corn holders back. "Well, let me know when you're ready to leave DK. I'll be in my room playing some video games." Finishing with her cleaning up, which includes the now empty pan and putting the rest of the miso soup away for later, ML heads to her room. Sitting at the computer she boots up warframe.

After realizing I had dozed off, I shout to ML's room. "He prefers the fruit tree kind, but really any will work!" I leave money on the table for some charcoal and head back to my room to feed my animals. Lampers has been plugged in all night, so she was fine but I really am out of charcoal. . . . I shred up some newspaper and put it in sparky's steel bowl. "That will do until Ml has time to run to the store for you!" I pet the spark sitting in the newspaper, bringing it into a roaring flame. "Such a cute lil flame! Don't set the house on fire again today, Mommy Ml was pissed last time. . . " I check to make sure my modesty is covered by my wing properly and start to head out the door to work, stopping in the foyer before I go. I take a quick look at dk with her miso, and head to work.

DK debated on going to the store right then or to go back to her game. After finishing off her miso she hopped down off the table and ran into her room to get her money.

A roll of dollar bills, 5s and 1s, were strapped to her back.

"ML!!!!! DK is ready! FOOD FOOD! JERKIES FOR THE DK!" she shouted excitedly as she bounced about outside ML's door.

She giggles as she sees DK bouncing around, "Alright, give me a moment." Grabbing up her purse quickly she shuts the door to her room then heads into the kitchen. Seeing SparX' money there she takes it with her. "Alright DK, you can either ride one of my shoulders, my head or ride around in my purse."

With a happy gasp DK climbs up to ML's shoulder.

"This has a better view!" the remark came with a evil little smirk.

"I hope you're not intending on looking down then, I don't have any male parts." Her eyes squint a bit as she says that, then grabs an umbrella and heads out into the rain to go to the store. Luckily they don't live far from a shopping plaza, so ML just walks there.

"That's not the view DK was talking about!" the little one cries out.

She can't help but giggle at how DK reacted, opening the door to the local grocery store. "I'm going to grab a cart, we need some regular ingredients as well. I'm probably going to have to hit the art store for some charcoal."

"Ugh art store.. DK will stay outside there.. smells.." The small being jumped off of ML's shoulder and onto the cart when ML approached it.

"Aye matie! Off to the jerkies take a right at isle 3!"

"Is it the smell of the paints that bother you? Or the glues? Or something I'm obviously missing?" Pushing the cart she heads down to the jerky first, knowing that DK will not cut her any slack until it is at least in the cart.

A gasp breaks from DK. "AHH! MOCHI!" The little being starts flailing. "DK doesn't have enough for both! Sadfaces!" Her little ears droop.

"How much money did you bring DK? Depending on how much it is I might be able to cover the rest of the cost." Pulls out her wallet to count the cash she has on hand.

"DK has 20 bucks! Jerkies is almost 7 bucks a bag! Its terrible, ROBBERY!!!!" flails the pocket demon.

Walking down the road a ways, she sees Dk and Ml leave to go to the store. as soon as she sees them pass instantly the clouds open up and rain just drenches down. "Oh lordy what in the---" Oh Ml said it would rain and I was just meh about the rain! my fault. I run as fast as I can to work, turn down an alley and punch some codes into a random brick in the wall. Suddenly a door appears and I step behind it and shut it quickly.
"Man why do we always have to be so secretive about everything at work this is stupid!" I accidentally say out loud to myself.

"Well, if you get two bags that's fourteen dollars, so you'd have six left. Depending on how much the mochi is I can cover the rest so you can have one pack. It shouldn't be that much more. Here," she grabs two bags and puts it in the cart, "now let's go check out the mochi and see how mcuh it is." Going over a couple aisle she reaches the mochi packs.

She peers over the shopping cart seat rail. "Peanut Butter kind! That box! DK wants that one!.. that says 3.49! Can Dk get 2?" her tail wags as she continuously points at the boxes.

ML giggles at DK's antics, "Fine, since its only a dollar more than what you have. Just give me the money you have and I'll add it to the grocery money." Next she heads over to produce to grab some fruits and veggies, things like carrots, celery, lettuce, green beans and so on, adding them to the cart.

Demon struggles to get her roll of bills off of her back, then stops when she see's the carrots.

"Not those! Those kill! Those are EVIL!!!" DK cries out and flails.

ML grabs the money before DK looses it, "Chill out girl! Those are for me and SparX, not you. You're stuff I'm going to ask to have bagged separately, and they are in a bag right now so your stuff is not going to get contaminated." She gives DK a bit of a glare, not because of her being allergic to carrots, but for over exaggerating over her getting them.

Dk continues to lightly growl at the carrots, clinging to her bag of items.

"You..are a little ridiculous DK." She laughs nervously as there are now people obviously pointing out DK's antics...and wondering if she's some kind of toy. ML continues with the shopping, moving onto boxed and canned goods, grabbing things she needs like condensed soup and other things. Lastly she goes to the meats, dairy and frozen food section, getting enough for at least several days of food.
