Wow. And here I'll layer like, two sets of eyes, and think I did a thing.

Facial layering is a pain in the rump for me because everything IS SO DARN TINY. Zooming in helps some tho

I usually have Tris on 125%, but I actually zoom out a lot when making avis because I need to see how it all fits together.

I zoom in a lot to do the face then zoom back out to see the full avi

You either have a better monitor, better eyesight, or a better sense of the items than I do.

honestly, i usually toggle layers up and down really quickly to see if it actually made the difference i wanted. the movement makes it easier to see what an item is doing than trying to do a straight comparison imo.

i'm starting to realize, as i add yet another mouth combo i like, that i have more tricks for mouth expressions than i do for most everything else.

I've been trying to figure out how to make a nice simple lopsided smirk, and failing.

for hair, my default is Widow's Peak and Ballad Long Ponytail. When I wanna do the V-Roll thing, same back ponytail, but with Victoria Curls. Depending on whether I'm doing a character or not, I usually do about 2-3 different hair things at once.
