Oh shoot, I didn't even realize that the next Trisphee anniversary is going to be the 10-year one.

A bit shy of 14,000 posts for me.

I mean....tbh, while I joined in 2012, most of my activity is only from late 2016 (or maybe 2015, I forget) and on.
And probably 60% of has probably been during events. XD

Events certainly give a boost to post count (and overall forum activity).
I might hit 5000 before this particular event ends.

i'd've probably been around 8 when this site properly opened.

I would have been...old enough to legally purchase and drink alcohol (in the U.S.). Barely.

I... was already more than four years into my professional career when I got recruited for Trisphee.

it kinda amazes me how young i am compared to ppl around here.

I was about 1 year into my first job in this town (at a grocery store that eventually closed down and was re-opened as a larger chain store) when Trisphee opened.
Back then I lived in a studio apartment, didn't have cats, and was able to leech wifi if I sat in the southwest corner of the livingroom.

Trisphee kinda attracts a more mature audience than a lot of sites. Even so I'm still on the older end of our userbase. (Not the oldest, though.)

i think the age limit for this site is 16? so that could definitely play a part in it. my memory isn't great and it's been like a year since i've signed up.

Our hard minimum is 13, but we're listed as being 17+.

lot of hard limits on most sites are 13, which is probably due to COPPA and such.

Yes, that's exactly why. Handling information for people under 13 is too much of a legal nightmare.
