What made you choose your name?

Mine came from a silly five minute video :>

mine came from a play called "Tis a Pity shes a whore' Poggio was the comic relief character.

mines my name o_O

Mine's a short form of Espada...which I chose after my friend named her character Aga ("sword" in some language).

While my name may appear to stem from the definition of lore, it's actually unrelated. Lore was my brother's old screen name that I adopted over 10 years ago. I usually can't get it anywhere because it's so popular, but I was able to this time.

Mine is not very original. The name is derived from the color of my hair lol ^^' I haven't been able to use it before until I signed up here. One of the very few times I picked the first thing that came to mind and it worked <3

I love Trisphee.

Mine came from a summon/spell/weapon in the Final Fantasy video game series. As a summon, Ultima is a high seraph =3

Mine came from Pandora Hearts at a con thats how I met Nikko, Evil Ed, Axion, Kein, and everyone else I worked with for a month called me (they still don't know my real name XD) and the 713 is the 7 is my birth month and the 13 is my birth day.

When I joined Gaia in 2003, I used the name Taki Himiru as a character name, since I was really into roleplaying then. Afterwards, the name Taki just stuck and became my online nick, and I just started using it everywhere, and my friends would call me that too.

I did a self portrait of myself for a class and it had 10 cats in it BD

Actually a mashup of the words 'Franz' and 'Syn'. Wanted to roleplay both characters in a forum, but could only have one account. Thus.

It's the title of a Boys Night Out song.

I named myself after John Lennon.

Plus I think it's funny to be a girl with a masculine name.

Mine came from my old gaia name I_Illusion, I always loved the powers of illusions. Able to trick people and decieve, and yet able to make anything you want and if you are power make them so real no one can ever tell the difference.

I live in the Desert, and my favorite animal are wolves, what better than to combine the two.

Takla is my real name, but I'm thinking about changing it. I don't feel comfortable with it as a username, plus I only used it for a kinda bad reason. :X

What's the reason, if you don't mind me asking? Curiosity intrigues.

Eh... err... When I joined, I wasn't sure if I'd enjoy Trisphee all that much, so I didn't think it was worth coming up with a username for. *looks at ground and draws circles with foot.*

My user name I made up in middle school.
It is the combination of Nerd and Dork and then I just added a -lesaur at the end c:. I've been using it ever since.

An ooold Anime I use to read when I was in middle school (no weeaboo), and I always loved the character and it just grew on me and everyone calls me Himi now.

When I as a senior in high school, six years ago now my English class did a video project for our Urban Legends unit. In groups of four we were to make a short movie using three urban legends, and were required to name our groups. One of the guys in my group chose Red Rum, and then threw in at the last second Red Rum She Said. I just don't like to use the 'She Said' part in my user name. Did he get it from Stephan King's the Shining? Beats me, maybe.

Username change, yay! I looked up interesting words that started with 'T' and found a website specifically for interesting words. Taradiddle sounded like a name out of a Dr. Seuss book, so I picked it. It means a fib or a small lie. :D

I remembered it by thinking "Hey Taradiddle, the cat and the fiddle". :D

My username was my nickname in middle school. I had a backpack shaped like Ryo Ohki from Tenchi Muyo, and I wore my hair (which was a dull brown at the time) in pigtails a lot. People called me Ryo Ohki for a while, but they eventually got tired of enunciating the additional "oh" in the middle and just shortened it. I added the 'e' so that the pronunciation could be understood easier when reading it.

An "Uke" is a submissive partner in a relationship, usually between two boys. They are generally the feminine or "girly" one.

The term comes from "Ukeru", which means "to recieve", opposite of "Semeru", meaning "to attack". I believe they are used in martial arts and were adapted as "Seme" and "Uke" by anime fandom, but I'm not entirely sure.

Naming myself that came from a rather long story...

I had a character named "Arsenic" and on another avatar site purchased a drawing of him from someone. Not knowing his name, she named the art "Uke-Face" when posting it on her deviant art.

I thought the name was adorable and so I adapted it when joining a new avatar site. I ran into another user on that site whose name was "Uke" and we became friends.

"Uke" decided after some time to leave that site and had their name changed to something else so that I could adapt the name "Uke", since I was more active.

After that I created an account here on Trisphee and used the name again. <3

I'm afraid that the origins of my name reads more like a history lesson.

Let's just say that Fritigern was a Visigothic (Visigothian?) king.
